Renovated 4 years ago, fully equipped, wifi, large TV + NETFLIX and DISNEY+, well insulated, 1 bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen and a small balcony. Reversible air conditioning. Very cool cat included. Large shaded park and trees common to the condominium to have a little freshness. With free parking near the center (10 min walk) and the commercial area (Fourchon).
