The unit also provides 1 garage parking space and 2 dedicated parking space behind the townhome. Located in South Asheville, drivable to shopping, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music venues. The Biltmore Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away.

This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

The location was great. It was spacious and clean. The outside deck was very peaceful in the early morning and it serves as a great spot to see the sunset. Check in and out was a breeze.

This place was exactly what we were looking for in a quick weekend getaway. It was spotless, well-stocked with everything we could have needed, and only a short 10-minute drive to restaurants, shopping, and stores. The style and décor were perfect, the bedding was very comfortable, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day out. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Great Mid-Week Getaway

This property was perfect for my two teenage children and I. Our friends live around the corner in Royal Pines so this was a great location. This place is 2 floors with one bedroom and en-suite upstairs and two bedrooms with bathroom downstairs. House was super convenient to hang out and cook in and visit. Hot tub was nice touch.

The location was great, the unit was clean and organized. The hot tub was an added bonus. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare the meals we brought with the exception of a blender. We would recommend and stay again!
