This spacious, art-filled home comfortably sleeps 8 and is just steps from downtown Arcata’s vibrant shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Just a 2-minute drive to Cal Poly, and close to stunning beaches and Redwood forest, it’s the perfect base for your stay!

Property details- This lovely victorian home has been completely remodeled with many upgrades beyond the surface down to the bones of the home like plumbing, electrical and spray foam insulation. Although its just a part of the house this large space is completely private with is own ADA entrance. All living areas minus the bunk bed room are on the first floor. All first floor bedrooms feature queen beds and the bunk beds are a full and twin. Laundry room is shared with the other units.
