Located in a secure residence on the 5th floor with elevator access, this charming studio apartment of approximately 26 m² has been completely renovated to offer unobstructed views of the town and the magnificent Arcachon Bay. Private parking is also available.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by an entrance leading to a shower room and a sleeping alcove equipped with a pull-out bed for two (2 x 80 cm) and a window to let in natural light. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with a small refrigerator, a microwave, and two induction hobs, opens onto a north-facing living room furnished with a television, a sofa bed, and a dining table.
A designated parking space is reserved for your convenience. Bathed in light and decorated in a contemporary style, the apartment is very comfortable and easy to maintain. Please note that pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance (optional) and end-of-stay cleaning are included. This holiday rental is rated 2 stars by Gironde Tourisme in May 2025.
