Located in the district of the winter city, it is on the ground floor of a beautiful house. It is an independent space for 2 to 4 people of 40 m2 including a large room of 20m2 with 2 single beds (2x80 that can be combined to make 1 bed 160) + a room in the basement of 12 m2 (small window) with 1 double bed (140) + a small bathroom with shower and toilet. Sheets and towels provided.
Small corner for preparing breakfast and cold meal with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. No stove, stove or pan. Please do not bring a stove. Table + 4 chairs in the main room.
WIFI at your disposal. No television.
Washing machine to share with the owners.
No pets allowed.
A bike path runs along the seaside. You can recover it 700 m in front of the beautiful Pereire beach. 5 minutes from downtown Arcachon (15 min walk).
