The place is horrible, the rooms are very small and the furniture are old and outdated . The place stinks , either from smoke or mold , in the room , in the corridor in the elevator. It’s feel like a slam , at night the people outside are very noisy, it’s hard to fall a sleep when they cursing and yelling outside . I strongly suggest to book somewhere else.

Very cosy hotel in a nice ski resort

Very nice village and the Pierre et Vacances is very well located. Next to all the ski hiring shop, the restaurant, the grocery store The ice rink and the swimming pool are ideal for after skiing for the kids. The reception desk area is filled with toys for kids and nice sofa to relax next to the fire

Amazing place - will definitely be back!

We booked our stay at Residence Les Fermes du Soleil as a last minute ski trip. We were very welcomed at reception and were given a south facing little appartment with balcony. Very well equipped, very clean and extra spare sheets for the sofa bed (which my son told me was extremely comfortable). The spa is an amazing experience with 4 different steam rooms and 2 saunas to choose from. Lovely pool and two hot tubs were also a very nice welcome after a day on the slopes. The location is perfect with the ski shuttle bus stop right outside the Residence, 30 second walk to the local Supermarket and 2 minutes from the centre of the village. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Excellent facilities in central Les Carroz. Short drive to ski lifts and great facilities in case of rain. Overall great value.

Stayed here for family ski trip. Nice apartment close to main town centre and the free ski bus stop is right across the road, so very convenient. There is a swimming pool and hot tubs, sauna etc which is nice. Wifi is a bit hit and miss but generally ok.

Very convenient and clean.

The apartment was a bit small for 5, so next time we would opt for a three bedroom, as once the sofa bed was pulled out there wS no room to move. The bus stop that picked you up for skiing was fab as the pick up and drop off was just by the apartment. Restaurants are a bit limited in this area, but spa was great.

Charming, central apartment, with good facilities.

Very welcoming, friendly rceoption staff. Very nice pool area. Great location, by free ski bus, plus quiet location in centre 1 min from shops, restaurants, cinema. Apartment new, but in old Swiss chalet style - charming. Well-equipped. Cosy for family of 4 - would have been way too small for advertised 6. Beds too hard for comfortable sleep - mattress topper would fix this.

Excellent location

Enjoyed a very good week. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Accommodation just right for our needs. Pool very good and welcome after a day on the slopes. Could do with an information sheet in the room detailing such things as the pool opening times, how to use the safe, time of boulangerie service etc etc. Only reason I didn't give a 5 is I have a thing about having to pay for the use of a safe in the room. Cannot understand why this should be an extra charge

Service needs improvement

For a 4-star accommodation I would expect a little bit more. During check-in very little information was given. Unfortunately the glasses were dirty (lipstick on edges), though the rest of the apartment was tidy and in order. When we tried to use the hoover it had terrible smell, so we had to give up. Basic internet is slow and needs registration frequently. Next time with the gained knowledge we could enjoy the place better, though with little kindness and more helpful staff this could be avoided. Good location, nice small mountain resort, ideal for families with kids - lots of good ski slopes, wide variety of other activities (skating, sledge slope, nice pool).

We booked the hotel based on three key factors in the advert. 1. Premium Residence - Not in our opinion, more Average Residence 2. 4 star - More 3 star 3. Ski in/Ski out - Not the case, it's in the middle of town and reliant on the bus system, disappointing. Premium price for an average hotel.
