Fabulous Apartment in Antibes
The apartment is located in a new block (~3 years old) on the edge of the Old Town - so 5 minutes walk to Place Nationale / Provencal Market and less than ten minutes to three beaches. Three supermarkets are within 3-5 minutes walk. The apartment is perfect for two people, well furnished and with a oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-drier. Check in was simple and the agency staff super helpful and friendly. Will certainly use the agency again and will look to book this apartment too!

Apt in great location just off the square. Close to everything
The apartment was excellent but could do with a little TLC….. a coffee table would be nice to sit with a drink No kettle or toaster and no corkscrew!!! Other than that it has an iron,a washing machine , clothes drier stand …etc The building is immaculate and you feel very safe in such a lovely area
Apt has an en suite plus a lovely bathroom
I would highly recommend it especially if the few things were added

Insgesamt empfehlenswert
Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar und trotz der sehr zentralen Lage konnten keine Geräusche von außerhalb gehört werden. Die Dämmung der Fenster ist spitze. Sollten die von uns festgestellten Mängel behoben werden, besteht eine uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist groß genug. Uns persönlich fehlte ein Balkon, ist aber kein Grund für einen Punktabzug.
Ein Aufenthalt mit vier Personen in dieser Wohnung wäre für uns nicht denkbar. Die ausziehbare Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich würde die vorhandene Fläche kaum nutzbar lassen.

Appartement très propre et très bien équipé où on se sent très bien dès son arrivée. Rien ne manque. Proche de tout. Allez y les yeux fermés. Je le conseille fortement. J'y retournerai sans aucun problème si je repars à Antibes.

Ottima posizione in zona pedonale tranquilla vicino al centro e a tutti i servizi. Comodo parcheggio privato coperto.
10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.
Appartamento nuovo in ottimo stato. Da migliorare: tavolo troppo piccolo per quattto persone; cuscini del divano letto non idonei per dormirci la notte; a volte problema di sgradevole odore di scarico nel bagno attiguo alla stanza.
