## Logement
This studio is 13m², it is located on the 4th floor with elevator. It has a living room area with armchairs and a desk to work.

There is plenty of storage space, including a place to put your suitcases away. The kitchen is fully equipped, the table has been designed to be folded away and the seats stored to keep the space free. The rain shower and toilet are at the back, separate and on either side of the window that overlooks an interior courtyard, without vis-à-vis. The mezzanine bedroom has a double bed and storage space for more comfort. The underfloor heating and the wood present reinforce the comfort and the warm appeal of the studio.
Access to the mezzanine is not suitable for children, elderly or physically challenged persons.
People with high of 1m85 and more will need to lower their head when accessing kitchen area.

The following equipment is available: Wifi, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner. There is no television and a laundromat is located 5 minutes away by walk.

Sheets and towels are not included in the cleaning fees, but can be provided at extra cost.

A welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel and soap is available in the bathroom.
There is no keybox available for this apartment, arrivals are allowed up to 10pm.
After 10pm and whatever the reason is, no key handover will be possible.

## Emplacement
Annecy is a city in the Alps located in the south-east of France. It is where Lake Annecy flows into the Thiou. It is famous for its old town with its cobbled streets, winding canals and pastel-colored houses. Overlooking the city, the medieval castle of Annecy, former residence of the Counts of Geneva, houses a museum with regional objects, such as alpine furniture or religious works, as well as an exhibition on natural history.

Located in the old town and historical center of Annecy, near the train station, the castle and the lake are 10 minutes away by foot. Leave your car at the post office parking, you won't need it to explore the city.
