Located in the centre of Annecy, in the heart of restaurants and markets, close to Lake Annecy, 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops. Discover an apartment with the charm of the old, overlooking the Canal du Thiou. The apartment is located in the Passage des Bains which is entirely pedestrian. Ideal for up to 4 people, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/ kitchen, 1 bathroom and a terrace. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without elevator.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm, the second bedroom with 2 single beds 70x190 cm. Kitchen equipped with microwave, linen will be provided for your stay. Important: for a relaxed holiday, the apartment is equipped with Wifi.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it knew how to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.

This is a great apartment in a fantastic location. Clean and well equipped with everything you need. Terrace is amazing and a lovely spot to sit, day or night.
