Come enjoy our quiet and sunny 75 m² appartment with private garden at only 4 minutes walk from the lake.

It's a 2 bedrooms appartment with an open kitchen fully equiped, a living room with TV and wifi and a bathroom with shower.

Bedrooms are equiped with double bed and, in one of them there is an additional kid's bed (single bed).
On demand, we can add a baby bed and a baby chair for free. You will also have the possibility to rent bed linen and towels with an additional cost.

The garden is fully equiped with table and chairs, sunshade and barbecue.

You will have a private car park inside the property and 4 bikes that you can use.

A key box will give you access to the appartment on your arrival.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir waren überrascht, wie gut ausgestattet diese Wohnung war, speziell die Küche, bis auf das fehlende Backblech. Sehr ungewöhnlich für uns war, die Bettwäsche selbst mitzubringen, das hatten wir bei unseren ganzen Erfahrungen mit Ferienwohnungen noch nie erlebt. Aber kein Problem.

Sejour Annecy

Nous avons passé une belle semaine. La maison est a coté du lac. Les velos mis a disposition sont un vrai plus. On rejoint tres vite la vieille ville. Les prioprietaires vivant au dessus sont hypers discrets.A louer les yeux fermes.

Appartement tranquille et pratique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour mêlant professionnel (Festival du Cinema d'Animation) et famille (les grands-parents avec leur petit-fils), dans les deux cas l'appartement répond à toutes les attentes. Le jardin est très agréable et est un vrai plus. Merci aux hôtes !

Appartement agréable à vivre et très bien situé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement fonctionnel et bien décoré. La literie est confortable, le jardin agréable. L'environnement est très calme mais seulement à 5 minutes à pied du lac. Les vélos sont très pratiques pour aller faire les petites courses et aussi pour aller dans le vieux Annecy. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Très bon séjour,appartement tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et communication facile avec la propriétaire. Le vrai plus,l'appartement a su garder de la fraîcheur alors que nous étions en pleine canicule avec un bébé, c'était donc idéal ! Sans parler de la proximité avec le lac!

Location idéalement située.

La location est très bien agencée et tout est fonctionnel. Elle est au calme et proche du centre-ville. Le vélo est indispensable si l'on veut se déplacer dans me centre ( 4 vélos sont mis à disposition par Francine). Amélie, notre interlocutrice a été très réactive avant notre arrivée et à notre départ. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir pour continuer de découvrir la région d'Annecy.

Virée sur le lac d'Annecy

Appartement idéalement situé près du lac. Nous avons pu nous rendre à pied (200 m environs) sur la plage la plus proche, le top!! Il est très propre et bien agencé ! Le petit plus un beau jardin !!
