Descripción larga:

Compramos esta casa en enero de 2010 e hicimos una renovación completa de la cocina y Master Suite. Estamos en el corazón del centro histórico de Annapolis, a pasos de la Academia Naval de los EE. UU. (Realmente a solo unos pasos): a un minuto a pie de la Puerta 3, a 2 minutos a pie de la Puerta 1 y directamente frente a la Capilla. Estamos a solo unos minutos a pie del City Dock, Ego Ally, Maryland State Capital, Main Street y el corazón del distrito histórico.

El estadio de fútbol Navy Marine Corps se encuentra a 1,6 km y es un paseo agradable en un día agradable (¡y más rápido que conducir a través del tráfico del día del juego!)

Hemos decorado y amueblado la casa con un guiño al carácter histórico de la arquitectura (¡la casa fue construida en 1890 y añadida en 1920!). Hay empotrados, molduras detalladas, una escalera doble, dos chimeneas (una se ha convertido en gas), un porche que da a la calle King George y una impresionante y abastecida "cocina de cocinero".
El comedor formal está adyacente a la cocina y cuenta con una mesa de comedor antigua de la década de 1920. Aunque no es completamente "histórico", la casa también incluye internet inalámbrico y una gran televisión de pantalla plana.

Arriba, la suite principal fue diseñada con un ambiente más moderno y cuenta con un baño grande (que apareció en Annapolis Home Magazine) y un porche en el segundo piso con vista al patio trasero con vistas hacia State Circle. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el tercero El dormitorio tiene un par de camas gemelas con vista a la cúpula de la Capilla Navel. También hay otro baño completo recientemente renovado en el segundo piso.

Tenemos 2 lugares de estacionamiento fuera de la vía pública y un patio trasero bellamente ajardinado con patio y parrilla, árboles con sombra y mucho espacio para un patio trasero.

Solo grupos maduros. Esta no es una casa de fiesta. Ideal para familiares y amigos que buscan una escapada de lujo. Esperamos poder hablar con usted!

Fabulous reunion home

We came for my husbands 40th reunion. It was the perfect house. Close to everything and so comfy with wonderful bedrooms, kitchen, living quarters and backyard. The parking was also wonderful because there are not a lot of places to park. We had excellent communication. Very quick to reply. Thanks for a great place. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Perfection!

Spent a beautiful week at this lovely home for my daughter’s wedding at the William Paca House & Gardens. The owners are so generous and gracious. Everything you could need is provided - including crab mallets. You can’t ask for a more perfect location with easy walks to everything downtown. We loved it!

Somber and Serene

Our adult family of 4 came back to Annapolis after moving out of our 1920’s home in Eastport in 2022 for my mother’s funeral. The home was perfect for our somber stay and provided great flow for a small family and friend gathering to celebrate my mom. We felt like the sweet home gave us a big hug. Cozy Charmer

Thank you for sharing your wonderful house. We found it to be a clean, cozy, relaxing and peaceful property. It was within great distance to the Naval Acdemy which was awesome for attending Navy’s soccer exhibition game and to downtown. It had a wonderful and peaceful backyard for relaxing. The only negative was the outdoor patio furniture. It had debris and cob webs on it which I feel should be cleaned as well before guests arrival. Other than that we loved our stay!! We would definitely stay here again! Oh, the big plus was the parking; its own driveway, which was awesome!!

Perfect commissioning home!

We had a wonderful stay during commissioning. The house is charming, warm and cozy yet spacious. Plenty of room in the formal dining area and backyard to host a gathering of 20 family members. The location can’t be beat! Very short distance to the Yard and downtown. Kristjiana was a lovely and accessible host.

Fantastic family stay here over the Thanksgiving holiday. Charm and location of this property hard to beat. Special treat sitting in the sun room and listening to the bells of the naval chapel just yards away!

Great spot!

Perfect location to walk all of Annapolis! Easy to find. Off street parking so you car is safe. Owners are super nice and accommodating. Master bath is terrific. Front closed on porch is the best for hanging out with the windows open. House is well appointed with everything you need to relax and have a great weekend in a great town. We have stayed in 3 VRBOs in Annapolis when we visit and this is the best by far!

Less than 5-minute walk to Town or the US Naval Academy. The home was perfect for our stay! We had friends in the area who drove and had a place to park. The home had plenty of space to relax! Great stay!

Home away from home

Look no further for your home away from home in the best location possible. Our family decided to do a staycation to live the downtown life for a few days. Kristjana went above and beyond. She left scooters in the backyard for our children to play with and had the home stocked with toys. We spent our mornings walking to local coffee shops to get breakfast/coffee to go, eating it at the city dock, then walking over to the nearby playground for the boys to play. Then our evenings were spent enjoying the beautiful backyard. The location does not get any better. The home was decorated perfectly and made us all feel at home. I just can’t say enough good things about the home or host. If I could rate it a 10, I would. Thank you Kristjana for allowing your home to be a place that families and friends can create memories. We can’t wait for our next staycation!!

Wedding Weekend in Annapolis

This house was perfect for our 5 family members. Located very close to the Naval Academy, harbor restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and thoughtfully well-appointed with essentials. Commissioning Week '23

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here - location can't be beat and parking was an added bonus! Home was clean, comfortable and stocked with amenities. Loved the shaded backyard, which easily accommodated a small graduation party, complete with dining table for 6, an outdoor couch and two seats with ottomans. Kristjana was so thoughtful with leaving a congratulatory note and gift bag upon our arrival. Highly recommend staying here!

Great walking access to Naval Academy, downtown shops and restaurants. Great bedroom configuration, even provided a Pack-n-Play portable crib and high chair for our grandson. Well appointed kitchen if you want to cook. Very responsive owners.

Perfectly Quaint

This home and the host immediately made our family feel welcome. You can't get a better location...walk everywhere. We were there to visit with our Mids and it was close to gate one to drive on and even closer for them to walk through the turnstile short cut near T-court at gate three. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen and backyard and porch were perfect for our cook out on the grill. The front sunroom porch was amazing and quiet for morning coffee. We had the best weekend and made great memories. We will be back for sure!

Fantastic USNA 40th Reunion House

Our experience was first rate from the day we checked in. THE house was clean and ready for occupancy and the owners were flexible on the extra space out back for one of our cars. All appliances were modern and the house was very quiet to outside traffic which made it easy to sleep. Beds were comfy.We rented when it was starting to get chilly at night but did spend some time out back on their nice brick patio. I hope to rent again in 5 years for our 45th.

Nice home

The home was beautiful and perfect for our wedding rehearsal dinner. We left the yard in better condition than we found it. Please be aware that the neighbor on the left side of the house (when looking at the house from the street) was extremely rude. She yelled at me while we were getting ready for our rehearsal dinner. She then contacted the owner of the property and which led to her messaging me on my wedding day. This caused a lot of stress. The HOA president also approached my family while we were staying here. The home is in a perfect location for a wedding and is very beautiful. The owner was very communicative. Unfortunately because of the very rude neighbors, I will not be staying here again. It felt like we were under a microscope.
