Very much appreciated how clean this hotel was as I have a very high standard. The linens were so fresh and clean too and the bed comforter and pillows were comfortable. There seemed to be an HVAC issue in our room. The air conditioner made a truly awful sound and then stopped at one point. After that some repair workers came to the room adjoining ours and it was so loud that’s all we could hear until the HVAC started working again and drowned out the noise.

Bathroom had mold in the shower. Telephone was in operable. The coffee did not fit in the extremely cheap coffee maker so you had to sit sideways to make a cup of coffee. There was no tea in the room nor was there tea at the bar the air conditioner sounded like a jet, taking off every hour to pull the room. The menu for Room Service was extremely limited with nothing truly appetizing to choose from the staff all seemed dressed, extremely casually, not professionally as most Marriott I have seen in the past were comfortable in the sheets, not the standard of Marriott hotel chains.

The view was wonderful but one of the windows was so dirty we couldn’t really see out of it The air conditioning is very loud We thought it was a lawn mower the first time it started up. The ductwork is directed toward the bed too so when it came on I was cold. Didn’t affect my husband however The rest of the room was great

It’s a nice Hotel. Friendly staff it’s just getting a little older. Nice place to play golf if your into it. Bar is nice. Restaurant has good food. Had to ask the desk clerk if there was a fee for parking because it was not voluntary information, but yes parking is an additional charge but they give you a in house ticket for the amount. My clerk also wouldn’t help me look up my Bonvoy account so I looked it up myself. The room rates are very competitive priced so overall I would recommend a stay if I travel back through that way.

Just basic; room was clean, some public spaces were a bit worn out, room was ok but solar shade was missing, can’t control the AC fan, construction noise started everyday at 8am. Not a place you want to hang out or make a destination; good if you just need a comfortable bed and a clean shower

Room and property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. There were many options but the eggs and French toast were cold. They do cook made to order eggs, so I would definitely recommend that. Staffing for breakfast was also poor and wait time for service was long. The only other draw back, no safe in the room.

Do not book this hotel if you expect basic cleanliness or professional service. It was easily the most frustrating hotel experience we’ve ever had. Despite making daily, repeated requests to the front desk and management (Gabrielle, Travis, Danielle, and Kyle) to have our rooms cleaned, housekeeping skipped us every single day. We were constantly given empty promises that it would be taken care of, yet nothing was done. On our final night, after the manager Kyle personally assured us the rooms were finally clean, we returned to find our room in shocking condition. It hadn't been cleaned at all. Instead, the bedsheets had been stripped and thrown carelessly on the floor, and the room was completely filthy. It felt incredibly disrespectful, almost as if the staff did it to mock us for calling every day. The ONLY good part of this entire stay was the night manager, Dovlet. He was professional, genuinely empathetic, and actually stepped in to clean the room himself when no one else would. He deserves a massive promotion, but the rest of the management and housekeeping operations are an absolute disaster. We had to get ready for a wedding in a dirty room for days. Basic housekeeping shouldn't be this exhausting to fight for. Save your money and book somewhere else where the staff actually cares about hospitality.

We have never had such a terrible experience prior to stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely rude and incompetent at their job. We stayed for 5 nights and had 5 rooms booked. 3/5 rooms were only cleaned 2 out of the 5 nights. When we told front desk, they did not care to help us with the issue. One of the housekeeping staff went to go clean the room, but instead removed all of the bedding, left it on the floor and the beds were bare… We came back to the hotel in the evening to a bare bed and dirty bedding thrown on the floor. Front desk staff kept telling us that they were going to let the manager know, but nothing was done. Also, there are no safes in the rooms, they have them in the concierge back room and you have to go there every time you need to get something out of the safe. We will never stay at this property again.

This was the one of the worst hotel stays me and my family have had. We had a total of 5 rooms booked for several nights. We had issues with staff that were super rude and not accommodating at all. Housekeeping, our rooms were not cleaned. One of the rooms we booked was not cleaned the whole week, every time we complained they said they would follow up but nothing. At one point someone came into the room to clean took off the bedsheets and just left them on the floor didn’t even put on new sheets when I went to the front desk, I got the manager himself came upstairs and did the housekeeping for us that night. They themselves the manager was little helpful but they did not offer us any discounts or even comp our parking. We felt totally ripped off. It suck’s because it’s a beautiful property but the staff at front desk a few of them were extremely rude. Especially Angie that’s the name I was given of one staff member. Very rude someone like that should not be working front desk at this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want to be ripped off go for it I made multiple complaints to the front desk and the manger never followed up on anything. We were there for a weeding and using the hotel to stay as it was near our family’s home. We were busy and let a few of these things slide but this was so incredibly unacceptable I couldn’t believe the operation they are running here and how they are still in business
