Needs tender loving care

Our stay had some issues. They put us in a handicap room that had a non-working bathroom exhaust fan. The decorative garment pegs where no secure to hold a robe or jacket. The carpet and bathroom floor was dirty. The bed was comfortable and linen was clean but i think they amenities failed.

Clean room with easy check in. We took our pet and had a room in the first floor near the exit so it was easy to take her in and out
