Overall the property is decent. I wish they had someone cleaning the pool. It would get dirty with people coming in and out. So there would be several twigs and bugs floating around. The rooms are spacious but need upgrades. You can tell things are old and rusted like the metal lamps had rust etc. also the lighting is bad in rooms. Overall not horrible but not luxury. Rooms were clean and all employees and service were very pleasant

My prefered choice in the West of PR

We keep coming for more. Mainly because of two things: the scenery, and the size of the pool. Things are indeed improving after the pandemic. Its the perfect spot to relax and watch part of the Sunset (there is a hill in the way). Still a beautifull scenery. I think that by autumn you might actually see the sun touching the horizon. Location is good. Right in the beach, but not too far from good cuisine and the town center of Rincon. Friendly staff. As for the rooms... well, those are clean. But, there is a reason why I am only giving 4/5 stars. And thats because our room had 2 doors in one single door frame separating our room from another. We could hear some excitment (because of a game, thankfully just a game) in the other side of those doors. As a couple celebrating our anniversary, that was very uncomfortable. We didnt had any neighbours the prior nights so we didnt complaint. But certainly, thats not something to look the other way either. Im paying for some privacy, and a nice and comfortable rest. A door between rooms?!?! Really? I might still return, but making sure we dont get that room again. As for the food, the service and quality of the food is amazing. No need to go somewhere else. Honestly. And finally, there is a little detail about the pool that might be disgusting: the southeast corner of the pool tends to accumulate some nasty stuff there. Something in the design, maybe? Or sone faulty filtering system? I know they give it a nice maintenance.

Está en una buena localización , el hotel tienen que darle más cariños a las habitaciones se nota que llevan años sin cambiar los gabinetes . El agua de la ducha no sale muy caliente y te dicen que no puedes abrir mucho la llave para que caliente un poco. La comida del restaurante es buena. Por lo demás la pasamos bien en un ambiente relajado.
