This place should be shut down for extreme health code violations. Deeply stained sheets, carpet and curtains, nothing had been cleaned before check in, the shower had mold and mildew everywhere, the toilet was running, the headboard on the bed was broken. The hotel of course had a “absolutely no refunds for any reason” sign posted and now I know why! The only decent thing there was the nice lady at the front desk the next morning.

The staff was good the room itself the roof in the bathroom was cut out and just had screws temporarily holding it up the tub was filthy the room is just overall dirty there is roaches in the bathroom I would not stay there again

This place is disgusting. The rooms stink. The refrigerator in one of the rooms had graffiti all over. My son got me up after 3hrs covered in bug bites. They were huge bug bites. The guy at the front desk was so high, he could barely function. The rooms were disgusting. They smelled horrible. The bathtubs leaked everywhere. The mattresses were covered in brown spots. The pictures on the website are definitely not what the place looks like. Do not be fooled.

Off I-40 so delivery is convient but the staff here is so rude. The manager wanted to asked me what my disabilities are for my service animal and tried to charge me a pet fee. After i reminded her that all of that was illegal she said my dog didnt appear to act like a service animal. Walking down the hall i could tell the place was ran down but when i opened the room... it smells ungodly. No point in even trying to get a room change or anything.

Holes had been cut in cieling. The desk clerk was not welcoming. I did not feel safe in the room or hotel and ended up leaving at midnight. I would not recommend this place at all.

We booked 2 rooms online at 12am October 6th planning on sleeping a few hours and checking out around 6am that same morning. The clerk was asleep when we walked in. 4 hours later he knocks on our doors wakes us up and tells us we have to pay an additional 25 dollars per room because we checked in before 3 pm and then charged us for a full 24 hour. The one room didn’t have a working smoke detector ,it was taken apart and had a peice of paper towel stuck inside it. Bathrooms were filthy as was the room. DO NOT STAY HERE.
