À prohiber absolument

Réservation annulée par le propriétaire de l'hébergement 96 heures avant le début du séjour sans faire de démarches auprès d'abritel, j'ai dû me débrouiller seul pour me faire rembourser, à noter qu'il y avait déjà un précédent où la cliente n'a trouvé personne pour l'accueillir et à dû séjourner à l'hôtel à grands frais, j'espère qu'il sera banni du site.
