Condition of the accomodation block requires upgrading. Internal stairs haven't seen a hoover for a while. Internally our room was quite damaged - hole in bathroom wall, facias coming off in bathroom, net curtain quite dirty ay the bottom and paintwork very scuffed. Tv missing alot of standard channels. On a positive very quiet nights sleep. No noise from outside or in. It's fine for a short stay, your definitely paying for the location rather than any type of comfort

In a great location for exploring the area. They only give you one key card which operates the lights so if one person leaves the room the other is left in the dark. Staff were not particularly helpfull with the exception of Aiden who was very pleasant and helpfull.

This is a good budget hotel within easy walking distance of the ferry around Loch Lomond and the train into Glasgow. There is a small shopping centre nearby with cafes and the shores of Loch Lomond . The room had a comfy bed and a bath . The food in the pub was basic but cheap . The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had an excellent cooked breakfast. The room could have benefited from a towel rail and a daily replenishment of clean cups and tea and coffee. The tables in the pub were not always very clean but that was because they were very short staffed at times

Too crowded a room

Room is normal but very crowded. I booked a room for three adults (1 double bed+1 single bed) but I got one double bed and 2 single beds packed together which left very little space to manoeuvre. Also that is an accessible room which is a bit unexpected and difficult to use.
