Very comfortable hotel, with rooms facing the Loch, and watching the sunrise from the room is pretty special. The village of Luss is also a great attraction and really friendly with hiking trails and great dining options.

Lovely room beautiful scenery, food was lovely and staff were friendly. Glass topped tables meant my plate was sliding about as I cut through my steak, I would have expected a tablecloth at a high class restaurant. The bottle of wine I had was nice enough but not what I had ordered. Breakfast was nice, however our table was cleared as we went to get some tea, this left me feeling cost cutting and being rushed was more important than guest comfort. Score 7.5 out of 10.

Room was advertised as having a loch view (in Munro block) - the view was overwhelmingly of a car park. When I mentioned this in passing to reception staff, I was given a frosty and obviously well-rehearsed sales pitch for more expensive suites in another block. If a nice view is important to you, get other accommodation. The room was very good and excellently presented. The staff were attentive, friendly and efficient. Don't bother with breakfast, ours was very poor, in contrast to dinner which was more expensive than it ought to have been, but good.

No problem recommending this Hotel

Brilliant hotel. Very professional,friendly and helpful, from the initial contact with the reception staff, restaurant servers right to the housekeeping and the handyman.Food quality was absolutely lovely and all locally sourced, from the steaks, fish and even the local bakery. The room was very clean, large and comfortable, with a spotless balcony and a wonderful view. I'm very picky but found no problem with any of the above. One small point arose on our stay, the fire alarm test was on the Tuesday at 1.10pm. Might be a good idea to tell the residents that, just in case some are having an after lunch "siesta". Apart from that loved it

Lovely views

The hotel room was lovely, we had a balcony over looking the loch, the room was equipped with a nespresso so it was nice to sit with a coffe overlooking views. The staff were very polite the food was not all that great and a bit overpriced for the quality, we were going to.order a dessert but the staff took too long to.come back to our table and ask us if we would like to order.
