Home is located in a great quiet neighborhood on a gated street. We were continually taken back by the outstanding value this home offered between its location, size, space and finishes. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The Bosque Retreat was perfect for our family reunion! It's a spacious home with a large kitchen and living room, comfortable beds and a nice outdoor area. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the closeness to trails along the Rio Grande.

The house is exactly as advertised... plenty of space for everyone and a very responsive host. We rented it for the Balloon Fiesta, and we were able to see a handful of balloons from the back patio each morning... our favorite place to hang out. The location is excellent. A trail and bike paths along the Rio Grande are only a couple of blocks away. Old Town and major expressways are minutes away. The host also provides great tips for things to do in Albuquerque.

UNM graduation family stay

We had 8 people stay for my son’s graduation! We normally stay in the Northeast area but wanted to be closer to UNM and fit everyone in one place. It has also has a larger than average number of king beds which we prefer! We loved the area—you can walk along the Rio Grande as you are close to a bike path. The kitchen area is well equipped and spacious. The beds are comfortable! The area is gated with other nice homes. The only suggestion all 8 of us have is to replace the 2 couches. The large one felt broken on one side—you slide down when you sit on it. The one chesterfield chair is great! We all thought a U sectional would be great in there to give more seating! Overall it was a great experience and everyone loved the house!

Lovely time in Abq

Our group included my husband and I along with our son, daughter-in-law and their 7 children. Ages ranged from 77 to 2. Bosque on the Rio Grande was wonderful for our needs. The house is spacious and laid out well. Grandparents had a terrific main suite (bedroom that was pretty much isolated from the other bedrooms. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in with high end appliances. The location of the house was convenient and quiet. All in all, our trip to Albuquerque was a great one. Our host, Danielle, deserves a big thank you for responding quickly to every request we made. You're the best, Danielle! Can't wait to come again.

Nice House

Very nice home with enough beds for our large family. Poorly stocked with kitchen essentials like cooking oils, salts & pepper, no cast iron in the pantry.....parking is a real problem because you can't have guests over very easily, yes I know its not a party house, but with a large family, people like to gather with out of town cousins.

Great stay in a beautiful home.

Our group of 10 really enjoyed our stay in this home. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The only complaint we had was the internet service. I believe it was due to the internet provider as the WIFI signal was strong throughout the house. The service was good in the morning and evening but very spotty to nonexistent throughout the day. This is something to keep in mind if you intend to do any remote work during your stay. All in all, we would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect Space

My extended family needed to meet up in Albuquerque for a family event, we were looking for a home with large common spaces where we could all be together but also bedrooms that didn't feel on top of each other. This home was the perfect combo. The open kitchen / dining area / family room was perfect along with the patio area where we could see balloons in the morning while we drank americanos. The bedrooms were all a good size, most with an ensuite or jack and jill. The primary bedroom felt like a retreat. We will definitely stay here again when we're back in ABQ.

Fabulous home great host

The house was fabulous. Not only was it gorgeous, but there was many little details that were really appreciated. Things like full length mirrors, nightlights, magnifying make up mirrors, plush towels, etc. there was no detail that wasn’t thought of. I would recommend this property highly -the host was fantastic. Anytime I needed something. I was answered within a minute or two. The communication was excellent. I would recommend this property and I would stay there again, it really enhanced our vacation. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay such a wonderful property.

Graduation and Mother’s Day retreat

What an amazing property to bring family together. The kitchen and layout provided enough space to visit and relax over the weekend. We selected the property because of the ranch layout and accessibility for my 84 year old mom. The beds were comfortable and low enough to access, master shower with bench was easy walk in. Flat doorways from front door, garage and patio made this house amazing for us all to be together and not worry about stairs and narrow doorways. Beautiful home! Thank you!!!

Wonderful house and hosts

This house is wonderful for a family or group vacation. We had 7 adults and 4 children under the age of 7. We used the five full bedrooms and the office with a divider door with pull out couch. It was perfect! The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line Bosch appliances. We cooked all breakfast and dinner meals at the house, including full Christmas Eve and Day feasts. Though I brought a few of my “favorite” baking pans with me, the kitchen would have provided all that was needed. The cappuccino machine was used every day to create famously frothy hot drinks. The house decor is very attractive and the Christmas decorations were amazing. Our holiday pictures created memories to treasure. The location is OUTSTANDING! It is literally 10-15 minutes from visitor attractions and Old Town shopping vendors. The guest host was 110% responsive and was immediately available whenever we had a question. I would recommend this house for your next Albuquerque stay.

Gorgeous Home and Fantastic Hosts

We came with nine adults and two young children to celebrate my Dad’s 70th birthday and attend the balloon fiesta. Everything was amazing! The set up of the bedrooms let us feel like we had plenty of room. The beds were so comfy too! The kitchen and outdoor area were amazing. We really enjoyed the close access to the trail system along the Rio Grande just a block away for stretching our legs. The short 5 minute drive to old town ABQ was great too! I also can’t say enough great things about the communication and responsiveness of the host. We loved our stay and this home made my Dad’s birthday a truly special place to gather.
