The Space: PERFECTION IN THE POCONOS
Proudly presenting Sky Pine Lodge, a stunningly beautiful log home rental nestled in a lovely landscaped acre just a few minutes from historic Jim Thorpe, PA, in the heart of the Pocono Mountains.
"Spacious, lovely, well equipped with all the stuff you will need. We have been doing Airbnbs for years. This one is one of the best." -Bufan, guest

"The downstairs is a dreamland for kids...The bunk room is Amazing!" - Sadie, guest
The main living area is bright and open. Soaring vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows allow the natural sunshine to flood the space with light. Unwind on the sprawling sofas, where there’s plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable. Watch Netflix, Hulu or Disney+, play games, or simply enjoy the gas fireplace and the view.
The kitchen is open to the living area — perfect for large groups. A custom built-in dining banquette and extra long farmhouse dining table can seat up to 12 people for meals (plus you can always squeeze in another few kids, of course). A large granite island has casual stool seating for three more. The brand new chefs’ kitchen is fully-equipped with all the culinary tools you’ll need to prepare snacks, meals, and cocktails for your crew.
The house is fully stocked with soft, hotel-quality sheets, bath & hand towels, duvets and soft blankets, and ready for your getaway! No need to bring anything, unless you'd like an extra towel for the hot tub or the beach. We provide one deluxe bath towel per guest, plus plenty of hand towels and washcloths are stored in the bathrooms.

Features include: • Custom-made furniture and curated vintage accessories • Luxury memory-foam and pillow top mattresses on all beds. • High quality sheets and duvet comforters on all beds • Smart TVs throughout the home so you can enjoy complimentary access to Netflix, Hulu and Disney+. Poorly Maintained – Disappointing Stay, Dirty, and Neglected
We were disappointed with our recent stay at Skypine Lodge. While the booking process was smooth, the condition of the property did not meet expectations—especially considering the high cleaning fee charged for just a two-day stay. When we arrived, we noticed the property lacked basic cleanliness and upkeep. We struggled to get enough towels for our group, and after contacting the host, we were advised to wash and reuse the existing ones, with no further support. The patio floor was heavily soiled and appeared not to have been cleaned or power washed in quite some time. There were spider webs on the deck door and noticeable dust on several surfaces, including kitchen lights, the ice bucket lid, and dining furniture.Outdoor seating cushions were pulled from a bin and were damp and stained with green residue. The outdoor dining table was in poor condition, showing signs of wear and in need of replacement or repainting. One concerning issue was the hanging egg swing, which collapsed while in use, resulting in a minor injury to one of our guests. We had to repair it ourselves.Additional issues included dusty and unmaintained kids’ toys (like the telescope and bins), kitchen utensils with peeling non-stick coating, dull knives, and a non-functional mirror light in one of the bedrooms.Overall, while the location and potential of the lodge are appreciated, the lack of cleanliness, safety, and basic maintenance significantly impacted our experience. With proper attention and

Better than described!
From the directions to the manual there was nothing here that wasn't exactly as expected or better. The house is super nice, well kept, modern and everything works. The property is lovely and the area is quiet. Communication with the hosts was instant and easy. I could not recommend this property enough!

Outstanding stay!
The house is inviting, comfortable, super clean, and well-maintained. It is beautifully decorated and is well equipped for most any need. And the outdoor space is enchanting with all of the lighting. We absolutely loved the house and its wooded setting— and we will definitely rebook the next time we travel to the Poconos!
