Nice getaway

We needed to get out of our house for a few days and this was perfect for our family of 4 plus our dog. The house could accommodate way more than four so we were very comfortable. The kids loved the backyard and the open living room. The house was very clean and beds were super comfortable! Regina is ver responsive and helpful, could not have asked for more for a nice stay away from home.

LOVE IT

I want to start off by saying the host was amazing with communication and also let us get an early check in when requested. The property was in a wonderful location with many sights of deers. Also, the house itself was so clean, equipped with all your major needs and the beds ARE TOP TIER! Slept like an angel. Definitely enjoyed staying here

Wonderful relaxing stay

Our family had a great stay. The house really worked well for us. From the great kitchen, to the competitive family pool and the hot tub. Everything was as it was pictured and described and the host was very responsive to any questions. We would definitely return.

Nice get-away

We went on a short ski-trip and stayed at this property which was equal distant to the two resorts we were skiing at. We enjoyed playing pool and the hot tub and the friendly deer that were everywhere. The host was blazingly fast responding to every inquiry.

A very nice mountain oasis!

The home came very well stocked with things you may need. It was as advertised, very nice home! Very quiet and lots of beautiful deer to watch. Although we didn't use it, the hot tub looked very nice and inviting. Regina, the home owner is great to work with! She responds very quickly and is there if you need anything or have any questions. Wonderful home! Thanks!

Poconos

House is perfect! We had a family and friends weekend… We had scheduled ride alongs at the Poconos Racetrack .. that got cancelled due to storms. We played pool, relaxed in the hot tub , enjoyed the board games .. and the surrounding breweries. This house had everything we needed and plenty of space .. A definite return!

Our second stay in this amazing house

We returned to this property having so much enjoyed our stay here last August. We are three generations of family and we stayed for 4 nights (and wished it could have been longer). The house is large with a wonderful layout that worked so well for us (6 adults and a 3 year old and 5 month old) - even better than the photos. The kitchen is very well stocked with lots of pots and pans and baking dishes, measuring cups & spoons etc. -- we love to cook. As for location - The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately when we were there the lakes were closed for swimming due to bacteria stirred up by heavy rain. One must drive a distance to state parks if you want to hike. Our host Regina was very responsive and always got back to us immediately. We've never met but we think she is terrific!

Short break

Super clean and modern design. Great backyard and plenty of wildlife to see. The house is beautiful and everything was perfect for our arrival. The front gate people were a little unfriendly but overall we had a great time and saw deer that came right up to us and a bear that thankfully didn't :)! Regina was very accommodating and when we had a cold day she did not hesitate to turn on the heat for our family member with cancer. Highly recommended.

Perfect Getaway

This was my first Vrbo experience and the bar has been set extremely high by Regina. She is extremely thoughtful and thorough. Communication is top notch and she always replies near instantly. The home itself is beautiful, modern and stocked with everything you’ll need…but most of all, clean and comfortable. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful home!

Like several of the reviews already, this property was exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen had everything we could have needed, the backyard was awesome, the bedrooms and bathrooms were fabulous. Great heated bathroom floors and a gorgeous dining table. And the deer in the community was so stunning to watch. Regina was super responsive - even at 10:30 at night when we had a question about the heating system :-) We really hope to come back with more family!

Great stay at a super house

Our family stayed 6 nights - 7 adults and a toddler. This place had everything that was promised, high chair and baby dishes, every kitchen pot and pan imaginable, and wonderful mattresses and thick towels. We cooked and baked and barbecued because each of us love to. We’ve been to many rentals and this definitely has the best stocked kitchen cookware by far. The house was larger than expected from the photos and very clean. We loved the airy spaces, the fire pit, the barbecue, the games & pool toys, the deck (didn’t use the hot tub only 'cause we’re not hot tub people). Not too close to neighbors which was nice. Lots of deer. Lots of parking space. Bathrooms were great. A tub for the toddler. Host Regina ALWAYS responded within minutes.

Holiday weekend

Indoor and outdoor space was great for our party of 6 adults. Peaceful setting with nice community lakes. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. We had no problems, but owner reached out a couple of times via app during our stay - so it would have been easy to troubleshoot any problems. Thank you for a lovely long weekend!

Amazing Poconos Rental

I highly recommend this property for anyone interesting in spending some time in the Poconos area not only because the house is gorgeous and clean, but because the property owners were such a pleasure to work with. You can tell that they really care about all of their guests in the way they had the home prepared and laid out for us and how accessible and friendly they were to communicate with questions and any/all concerns. I will definitely look to stay in their wonderful home again the next time my family and decide to head over to the Poconos. To add, I also HIGHLY recommend this home for any families with kids because not only are there fun activities indoors (pool table, air hockey table, board games, etc) we must have seen at least 20 different deer during our stay which the kids had so much fun looking at!

Beautiful house!

Regina was a great host! The house was beautiful, clean and Regina was super accommodating. There was plenty to do for adults and kids. We had an amazing time. Definitely one of the best houses we’ve stayed at in the Poconos. The entertainment room (included with board games) was awesome for the kids (and adults) to do on a winter day. Everything in the house is beautifully updated. Thank you for having us Regina! 10/10! :)

Thanksgiving Week at Mountain Oasis

Property is very clean and well-maintained. The children & parents enjoyed the Hot Tub and cooking Smores on the outdoor fire pit. Bedrooms are well-appointed and it was nice to have a washer and dryer for cleaning clothes mid-week. The grounds are very nice and the area is very quiet - with many deer visiting during the day. We had a great time and will consider a future stay at the Mountain Oasis.

Clean and Cozy

My husband and I visited Mountain Oasis for our mini-moon in the fall. It was the perfect getaway. Upon check in, we found a beautiful presentation of complimentary treats and the hot tub was clean and all warmed up for us! The pool table and board games were great for when the weather was dreary along with access to Netflix on the giant TV. The house is close enough to nearby amenities, attractions, and hiking but also tucked enough to retreat back into the privacy of the property. There was plenty of room for our dog's crate and he loved peaking out of the many windows at the deer that stopped by every morning. (They gave him his own treats at check-in too!) The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans and every tool you would need for cooking. The Nespresso machine and the heated floors in the bathrooms were a real added bonus that made it feel luxurious. Great natural light and hospitable touches. The owner is appropriately communicative and was very timely and attentive in addressing any concerns we had. We can't wait to come back with friends to make good use of all the space!
