2 week summer restbite with family and friends

This is the first time I had used VRBO. The house suited our tastes and budget. Nicely decorated and planned out. The pool area in the rear garden along with the barbeque area, kids swings and slide made everything for a perfect stay. This is south facing and gets the sun all day which is perfect. Julie the host only lives around the corner and during our time we had a couple of small minor issues and she was there very quickly to solve the issues. Overall she was brilliant. As our party was quite large only in the morning on a few occasions only having 1 WC and if I could recommend any improvements to the property it would be to add another although not a necessity. As we stayed in August 24 we got maximum weather and currently there is no Air Conditioning inside. With only 1 tower fan provided. This made the property unbearable at night to sleep all over the property with the mezzanine bedroom being like a sauna. It was impossible to open the windows at night despite spending quite a sufficient amount of money it was impossible to keep the mosquitoes down and all our party was stung many times inside during the night. I did speak to Julie regarding the heat and the saying how much the property needs Air Conditioning but the owners are eco friendly and will not fit AC for some reason. Which is a real shame as I believe that would enhance further bookings. This is the reason I have marked down my score from a 5 to a 4. Would I stay agaicketminutes drive r

Séjour très agreable en famille

Rencontre familiale annuelle avec pour objectif visite d'Albi, d'Ambialet de Cordes sur ciel.....Maison idéale pour recevoir une famille. Elle est très bien équipée, fonctionnelle et agréable avec sa piscine,son jardin et sa terrasse extérieure.

Logement pratique et spacieux. Dommage que nous ayons pas pu profiter de la piscine à cause du mauvais temps. Il est bien équipé. Julie s’est rendue très disponible et a trouvé une solution pour le couchage qui nous manquait.

Points positifs : - Propriétaire hyper sympa - Localisation au calme et proche de la ville et de pleins d’activités - Agencement de la maison top avec un coin nuit - Chambres spacieuses - Espace de vie avec cuisine bien aménagé - Nécessaire sur place : draps, serviettes fournis, livres et jeux de société, ballons, suffisamment de vaisselle … - Piscine top en cas de forte chaleur Points à améliorer : - Balançoires non scellées au sol - Quelques toiles d’araignées - Piscine très proche de la porte fenêtre et pas trop sécurisé pour les enfants Globalement le séjour s’est super bien passé. Nous reviendrons dans la région avec plaisir. La maison était hyper agréable et spacieuse.
