Very clean, and quiet. We requested a room on the back side away from the not busy road/highway Comfy beds, and window opened so we could enjoy the fresh mountain morning air. Mixed nicely with the delicious aroma of breakfast wafting up from the free hot breakfast below. It was the final stay in a National Parks vacay, and it wins over GCNP lodge, Painted Desert and more. Helpful staff and nearby Ramon’s had yummy food until pretty late.

Ryan did a great job of getting us checked in! Just remember the staff leaves the desk at 1000pm and then you can check in with the kiosk. Anything else can be coordinated ahead of time

Was ok…a place to stay.

Stay was ok. Things I didn’t like: bed mattress was very hard. Shower was completely open. It’s only got a half glass wall, the rest is open. Water gets out…. It’s just weird! Also the shower head is a large rain type that only sprays straight down. Hard if you’re not washing your hair to not get it wet because you literally have to get underneath it. Hard for people with ostomies too… bag gets completely soaked because of this type of shower head. First time I’ve seen laminate flooring in a hotel room. Everything echoed in there. Cleaner than having carpet though I suppose. Breakfast was a thumbs down. They need more hot food options. However, the service was great. The woman working the night we came in even called us prior to, to make sure all was well and if we were still coming. She was super nice when we arrived too. Oh… no elevators in this hotel! Better ask for the first floor.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was really good, and I enjoyed it. The staff were helpful and provided great assistance throughout my stay. The kiosk services were also satisfactory and contributed to a smooth experience. It was a quiet and enjoyable visit, and I’m happy with my experience.

The hot tub is not operable and I chose this establishment because it was advertised as having one. There was some poor communication about pet fees and I was charged 120.00 extra dollars for bringing my dogs. Manager did waive one day but still the unclear communication from staff left me a little uneasy about how they run the place.
