"広さは出張での連泊程度ならちょうどいい。値段も安い。リフォームされ、清潔さもまあまあある。ただし、ユニットバスはかなりの年月経過があり、黒カビだらけ。これは嫌な人は嫌だと思う。普通にびっしりある。私は、値段的に目をつぶっている。ユニットバスは1度立て込んでしまうと、内装全てを壊さないと出せないので、交換ができずにいることはわかる。ただ、年に数回、メンテナンスをしてほしいとは思っている。それだけでも随分違うはず。"
