You will love daydreaming in front of the still waters! "La Foulque Stone" (the stone(d) coot) is a large family house of 1940 refurbished, ideally located on the edge of the LAC D'AIGUEBELETTE in the Savoie region, between countryside and mountains. For 12 (up to 14 people).

VERY RARE! You benefit from a private access to the lake Aiguebelette with a grassy beach, at 50 meters from the house!

Nous avons loué la maison pour une fete de famille, nous etions 9 adultes et 4 enfants. La maison est fantastique, dans un style vieux manoir, mais tout a fait confort, avec un jardin immense et un magnifique arbre en plein milieu. Le must: un acces direvt au lac devant le jardin. Le contact avec Marjolaine a été trÚs simple et efficace. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Nous avons passĂ© 3 jours au moment des fĂȘtes de NoĂ«l quatre gĂ©nĂ©rations rĂ©unies au sein de cette maison magnifique. La propriĂ©taire avait fait prĂ©parĂ©e la maison avec des dĂ©corations de noĂ«l, la situation avec vue sur le lac et un grand jardin, le ponton est exceptionnelle. 6 chambres spacieuses plus un espace salle de jeux pour les enfants ou salon de tv qui a permis une intimitĂ© pour chacun et des moments de pause bien venues avec les bĂ©bĂ©s. Les parties communes sont vastes, des canapĂ©s en nombre suffisant pour profiter de longues conversations tous rĂ©unis devant le poĂȘle. Du bois et du nĂ©cessaire a Ă©tĂ© mis Ă  disposition en grande quantitĂ©. La maison est facile Ă  chauffer et bien isolee. Vaisselle en grand nombre. La maison est un havre de paix et cela laisse imaginer comment cela doit ĂȘtre merveilleux l Ă©tĂ©. Merci de nous avoir acceptĂ© en grand nombre Il manque juste un grille pain. Un livret d accueil trĂšs complet est mis a disposition.

Super séjour

Le logement est idéal pour familles et amis. Nous étions 4 couples avec 2 ados et 3 enfants. Il est spacieux et trÚs bien situé. Le jardin est trÚs vaste et l'accÚs privé aux abords du lac est un atout (avec petite plage privée pour la baignade). Nous avons tellement aimé notre séjour que nous envisageons de revenir pour nos rdv famille/ami.

Maison idéalement placée et parfaite pour grande famille .

Nous avons adoré cette grande maison , qui avait le grand privilÚge d'avoir un accés privé à ce beau Lac d'Aiguebelette , sauvage et préservé .( rare maison à avoir une petite plage privée)Nous étions une famille avec des petits enfants qui ont pu jouer et faire du vélo sur ce grand terrain , clos et accéder en toute sécurité au lac .La maison, tres grande ,offre toutes les commodités ( grandes tables familiales , nombreuses chambres ,de l'espace pour les rares jours de pluie) . Vue et emplacement exceptionnel ! Endroit trÚs calme .Nous la recommandons .Et la communication avec la propriétaire a été tres facile et agréable .

SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans un trĂšs joli cadre. La maison et l’environnement correspondent parfaitement Ă  l’annonce. L’accĂšs privatif au lac et le grand terrain sont des atouts essentiels. On regrettera juste l’heure de prise de la location tardive (18h) et l’heure de libĂ©ration trop tĂŽt (9h). L’état gĂ©nĂ©ral de la maison Ă©tait trĂšs bon, le mĂ©nage extĂ©rieur (terrasses, BBQ) Ă©tait par contre insuffisant. Un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour malgrĂ© tout et un lieu Ă  recommander.

Séjour trÚs agréable dans un environnement trÚs calme

Partie avec la grand-mĂšre et trois ados, nous avons tous apprĂ©ciĂ© cette grande maison prĂšs du lac. L’accĂšs au lac est incroyable, il y a tout ce qu il faut dans la maison, les lits sont confortables, et bien que proche de la voie ferrĂ©e, la maison est vraiment au calme. Venus durant l automne, les couleurs Ă©taient magnifiques; nous reviendrons sĂ»rement durant une autre saison plus chaude avec la possibilitĂ© de profiter de la baignade et du grand jardin!

Un merveilleux sejour lacustre

Grande maison charmante et chaleureuse qui semble chargée d'histoires locales et familiales. L'accÚs au lac sur un joli ponton privé et sa cabane à bateaux, apporte une ouverture exceptionnelle sur le joli lac d'Aiguebelette et permet toutes sortes d'activités trÚs agréables dans une tranquillité absolue.
