The house is absolutely wonderful.Obviously the pool is the biggest attraction but the extra outdoor kitchen and dining area were lovely to have.As we came by motorcycle, having a huge garage was very beneficial.The house contained almost everything you would need and was very clean.We did not receive any check-in instructions.We arrived at the house and found the door unlocked with keys and some house rules inside.What we didn't realise was that bed linen was not included in the rental. Admittedly, it is not mentioned in the list of amenities but I can't recall ever staying anywhere that charged extra for linen.They offered to provide it but at a cost of 90 for four people for three days. It was cheaper to buy some at the local supermarket. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand.Overall, a lovely place and recommended.

We had a lovely time staying here, it was for a family get together and we went to various places like the river, aquazone for my daughter’s 9th birthday and Biarritz for the beach. The best of all was the swimming pool which was used a lot by us all. Thank you

Un séjour formidable/ an amazing stay

Nous avons passé des vacances formidables en famille dans cette belle maison spacieuse. C’est près du village et nous avons visité des beaux villages et villes dans cette région formidable. We spent an amazing family holiday here in this beautiful spacious house. It’s close to the village and we visited lovely towns and villages across the region. I would recommend it without hesitation. Better than we had expected! The outdoor kitchen was such a bonus and the terrain de boules too. Marcelline was so lovely to deal with and gave us advice when needed.

Perfect taste of the Basque Country

Had a large family holiday, 5 adults and 6 kids. The weather wasn't great, we were just unlucky, but this lovely house provided all that was needed to keep us entertained. Even with that large a party the house never felt crowded, nor did the fabulous pool area. The location was perfect too, peace and quiet of the countryside, a 5 minute walk to the village of Ainhoa which has a couple of bars and a very good restaurant. a 10 minute drive to Spain where as soon as you cross the border is a decent supermarket, or a 25 minute drive to a French supermarket. Also 30 minutes to St Jean de Luz and Biarritz. The owners live nearby, but did not intrude at all. We had a lovely time and would be very happy to return. Thank you!

Beautiful calm country house

House is better than we imagined. Very comfortable and lots of space -especially loved the outside kitchen/diner where we spent a lot of our meal times Beautiful setting with the quiet sound of nearby sheep overlooking the splendid swimming pool Very warm welcome from our host who came to meet us in Ainhoa to overcome the slightly difficult approach We explored Espelette, Sare, and all the surrounding countryside- magnificent Pyrenees We look forward to many more holidays in this lovely setting

Très belle maison.La piscine et la cuisine d'été plancha au top pour profiter de ses vacances.Village un peu isolé mais idéal pour être au calme et profiter des randonnées. Intermarché a Itxassou, environ 15 min.Marceline et Roger adorable, on reviendra.

Endroit calme avec une très jolie vue. Grande piscine pour s'amuser en famille ou faire ses longueurs. Nous étions 14, il y avait tous le nécessaire de cuisine. Cuisine d'été spacieuse et fonctionnelle.

Nous étions 11amis bien installés plus piscine avec plancha sous hotte , pas d’odeur et une pièce d’été très fonctionnelle.Belle région, propriétaires très serviables .Nous avions un grand garage pour nos spyders,Venez sans appréhension séjourner….

Noël en famille

Séjour parfait en famille dans ce logement spacieux, confortable et parfaitement équipé. L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner entre la côte basque et l’Espagne. Et l’accueil des propriétaires et leur réactivité : irréprochables !
