A unique private cottage in a barn conversion in the heart of Aiken is only 1 mile from Bruces Field and a 20-minute drive to The Master's venue.

A completely updated 1.5 short miles from the heart of downtown Aiken with excellent restaurants and boutique shopping.

Approximately 750 sq feet of living. The porch welcomes you with rocking chairs that overlook a daisy garden. The large main floor includes a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry niche.

The upper level is 18x18 and overlooks the lower level. A king bed with a Tempurpedic mattress and luxury bedding assures a fabulous night's sleep.

Private gated homestead with a primary home, 2- bed-cottage, and lofted cottage barn. They can be rented together to accommodate 12 or separately for smaller gatherings.
