see the room before you pay & OYO no indicator

Very clean, however one of the 2 rooms I stayed in (101) had a strong odor somerhing like cigar ashes mixed with water and a clening agent. After a couple of hours I got a slight headache, my eyes watered and my nose became stuffy. I should mention that I stayed in one of $17 to $20 cheap rooms. The following day the desk clerk moved me to another room which is fine. These rooms have fans of one kind or another. No sir conditioning although the hotel is quite large and I did see central air conditioning on the building. Side note about OYO: I have stayed in 3 hotels/motels that are associated with OYO. I thought that OYO might be some kind of chain of older hotels/motels and thought they represented some level of quality. The desk clerk told me that OYO is noyhing more than a booking service for independent hotels/motels and cannot be used to indicate the quality of the facility you are booking.

Entiendo que el precio es bajísimo, pero es que no dormí. Se escucha muchísimo el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. El ruido exterior a mí me arruya, pero la parejita no paró de divertirse en literalmente toda la noche y no pude dormir más que una hora, máximo 2. Si el punto de un hotel es tener dónde dormir, la experiencia fue fallida. Insisto, sé que el precio es bajísimo, pero es que no cumplió si función de permitirme descansar.
