Feet in the water with direct access to the beach, this very nice apartment, located in a quiet area of Cap d'Agde is ideal for families and retirees.
Consisting of 2 bedrooms, one with a view and direct access to the terrace overlooking the beach; a bathroom, a living room with open kitchen, a toilet and a private parking space (30 m from the apartment).

Beautifully presented apartment, well equiped and lovely position right by the beach. Stayed there with husband, son, daughter in law and grandson, plenty of room. Would highly recommend it for a family holiday. Would definitely return again.

Une agréable découverte du Cap d'Agde et de ses environs avec un appart bien équipé et confortable.

En voyage huit jours avant l'entrĂ©e dans la location et donc absent de mon domicile et sans ordinateur , je n'ai pu prendre connaissance des informations qui m'ont Ă©tĂ© adressĂ©es dans les derniers jours sur le lieu prĂ©cis de la location et les modalitĂ©s d'arrivĂ©e si bien que le contact a Ă©tĂ© un peu difficile avec la personne chargĂ©e de notre accueil mais cela s'est bien arrangĂ© par tĂ©lĂ©phone de mĂȘme que pour notre dĂ©part .Je pense qu'il conviendrait de fournir toutes les informations dont l'adresse prĂ©cise de la location et le lieu de rdv dĂšs que la rĂ©servation du lieu de vacances est confirmĂ©e et payĂ©e. Pour le reste un sĂ©jour apprĂ©ciĂ© dans le pays d'Agde.

Agréable mais choses à revoir.

Point fort emplacement top , Clim dans le salon uniquement mais qui refroidi trĂšs bien la chambre d’en face , petite terrasse dehors trĂšs agrĂ©able Et super le tuyau d’eau extĂ©rieur pour enlever le sable c’est le top ça . Appartement correspondant Ă  la description. Point faible : mĂ©nage fait en entrant Ă  revoir sable de partout donc aspirateur n’a pas Ă©tĂ© passĂ©. Donc 50€ de mĂ©nage ?? Éviter de mettre des gĂąteaux dans le placard cuisine sinon envahi je pense que c’est gĂ©nĂ©ral a tous les emplacements en front de mer . Frigo trop trop trop petit ,, pour 2 personnes maxi CongĂ©lateur non Freezer oui Ă©tĂ© complĂštement givrĂ© donc rien pu mettre sans enlevĂ©e un peu de givre . salle de bain tiroir qui tombe si on le tire le 2 eme plus prĂ©cisĂ©ment PoignĂ©e porte chambre dĂ©boĂźtĂ©e , dĂ©part au autonomie avec Carole Ă  l’heure que l’on souhaite est gĂ©nial . En global , c’est cool mais rien n’est parfait . 👍 Je recommande quand mĂȘme .

TrĂšs bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé de trÚs bonnes vacances dans cet appartement. Il est joliment décoré, possÚde un extérieur qui nous permet d'accéder à la page trÚs rapidement ce qui était trÚs pratique avec nos deux jeunes enfants. Des chaises avec dossiers dedans ou dehors nous ont un peu manqué, les petites chaises pour rester dehors ou aller à la plage étaient TB. L'appartement est au calme. Les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité, nous n'avons pas pris la voiture pendant une semaine. C'est génial d'avoir une place de parking privée dans la résidence. Nous avons également apprécié le livret d'accueil. Bref un séjour fort agréable, nous sommes reposés et bronzés.

Appartement pieds dans l’eau

Effectivement l’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, plage Ă  quelques mĂštres. Par contre, l’arrivĂ©e en autonomie par une cage d’escalier plutĂŽt lugubre, et l’entrĂ©e par une chambre sans fenĂȘtre, nous a dĂ©concerté  Heureusement les reste des piĂšces est plus agrĂ©able , mĂȘme si le petit sofa n’est pas trĂšs confortable et un peu dĂ©fraĂźchi 
 la vaisselle mĂ©riterait aussi d’ĂȘtre renouvelĂ©e et harmonisĂ©e.. il manque un miroir pour pouvoir se regarder, celui de la salle de bain est haut et Ă©tant pas trĂšs grande , je ne pouvais voir que mon visage .. il faut noter aussi qu’à cette pĂ©riode la plage est noir de monde . Point positif , tous les commerces sont Ă  proximitĂ©, et c’est trĂšs animĂ©

SĂ©jour cap d’Agde

Un endroit merveilleux Ă  30 oĂč 50 mĂštres de la plage Nous avons passĂ©s 15 jours trĂ©s agrĂ©ables aprĂšs quelques petits ratages de dĂ©but de sĂ©jour: store cassĂ© qui a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©parĂ© trĂšs vite, mauvais code wifi fourni. Nous avions rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© le bon 3 jours plus tard On aurait aimĂ© un peu plus de prĂ©cisions sur l’environnement immĂ©diat ( restaurants et commerces notamment) On a tout dĂ©couvert peu Ă  peu. Si bien qu’à la fin du sĂ©jour on avait une bonne vision du lieu.Mais Ă  part ça c’est vraiment paradisiaque. On peut aller Ă  pied Ă  peu prĂ©s partout et faire ses courses au Spar qui est au dessus L’appart est joliment dĂ©corĂ© et on s’habitue aux tables hautes. On dispose de parasols et de petits fauteuils de plage trĂšs pratiques. Bref c’étaient de trĂšs bonnes vacances. On recommande !

Location en bordure de plage Ă  Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©. Ia petite chambre demanderait Ă  ĂȘtre rafraĂźchit, s'il Ă©tait possible de de mettre des fauteuils plus confortables ainsi que des chaises Ă  la place des tabourets (pas top lorsque l'on a des problĂšmes de dos)!! Les volets demanderaient Ă  ĂȘtre changĂ© !! PropriĂ©taire trĂšs rĂ©actif et nous l'en remercions.

Wunderschönes Objekt direkt am Meer.

Die Lage des Objekts, die Ausstattung und der Vermieter sind top. Der Vermieter hat sich auch viel MĂŒhe mit einem ExposĂ© gegeben in dem alles erklĂ€rt ist. Der Check in war auch sehr unkompliziert und nett. Nachteil der Wohnung ist der Geruch aus den Rohren, dies ist aber bei allen HĂ€usern in der nĂ€heren Umgebung so, daß wussten wir bereits im voraus und war ok fĂŒr uns. Die Wohnung war sauber bis auf die KĂŒche, die könnte mal wieder eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Großer Nachteil, den man uns auch hĂ€tte kommunizieren können ist, wenn es stark regnet also unwetterartig, dann wird die Wohnung durch das Regenwasser geflutet, da die Wohnung tiefer liegt. Dies passiert wahrscheinlich sehr selten, uns ist es jedoch passiert. Die Verwalterin bot uns auch netterweise eine Ersatzwohnung an, da es aber unser letzter Abend war lehnten wir ab.

Sommerferien in Cap d'Agde

Eine schöne Unterkunft in top Lage zum Strand. Das bedeutet aber auch, dass man den Publikumsverkehr jederzeit mitbekommt, uns hat es nicht gestört. Unsere Kinder fanden ihr Zimmer nicht so ansprechend, das lag daran dass das zweite Schlafzimmer, die Toilette und das Bad fensterlos sind. Positiv daran ist aber, dass es dadurch auch nicht so warm darin wurde und letztlich dient es nur zum Schlafen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, wir hĂ€tten uns aber ĂŒber ein paar normale StĂŒhle sehr gefreut. Alle StĂŒhle sind Barhocker Ă€hnlich und wir fanden es weniger gemĂŒtlich. Ein grĂ¶ĂŸerer KĂŒhlschrank bei 4 Personen wĂ€re auch nicht schlecht. Der Gasgrill war leider nur ein einfacher Elektrogrill, hat fĂŒr unsere Zwecke aber funktioniert. Wir wĂŒrden wiederkommen.
