Unfortunately there was more about the property that needed some work on it. It was tired and required some upkeep and more importantly equipment to cook in. However the property manager listened and assisted where we asked for items eg a cooking dish for the oven and a pot. A microwave was available no vessel to use other than plates. While this is okay, the plates etc would be too hot to put down on the counters.

Good location but average facilities. No parking available and as primarily a residential block there was no housekeeping for our 3 night stay. The apartment was light, spacious and layout was good but pillows and bed average. Would be good for a work trip but no luxuries/extras included if your on holiday looking for something special.

This apartment was a very pleasant surprise. I’d read a review complaining about the size and the photos really did make it seem small, so that’s what I expected. When we opened the door we were delighted with what we saw. It was the perfect size for two people. The apartment was modern and clean. It had everything we needed and had loads of storage space, especially in the bathroom. The furnishings were in excellent condition and all the appliances worked well. The location was great. It’s right in the middle of the city. Rundle Mall and the art gallery were just minutes away. The street in which it’s situated is more of a laneway. Even though it’s right in the city, it’s quiet but felt safe. I thought it excellent value and I’d happily stay here again.

This was my first time to Adelaide. The apartment was amazing and a great price for how beautifully structured it was. The staff are amazing and helpful. I will definitely come back here again.

Was a very convenient location near Rundle Mall and staff very accommodating. Room was tidy but not outstandingly clean, but more due to wear and tear than dirtiness. If you get the right floor with quiet and obliging neighbors it is a great place.

Finding the hotel was a little odd as the main door says “residents only”, so not being a resident but a hotel guest is confusing. We spent another 10 minutes finding another way to get in etc so this could have been avoided with better signage. It would have been nice to have complimentary bottles of water in the fridge and a small carton of milk as well considering this was not what I would call cheap accommodation. Other than that the apartment was nice and modern and had a huge balcony, although balcony furniture such as chairs and a table would have been appreciated so we could sit outside. Also the $200 bond felt a little on their nose as well and rather an imprint on the card would be better.
