70th Birthday

Could not get in anywhere, because of a World Rugby game in Adelaide. Where we stayed was fine enough for our needs to go to a 70th b/day. Bed hard, pipe noises possibly water. Could hear people next door talking all night, as we never slept. Very basic, very clean old motel. Everything worked, good shower. Good location.

Adequate for our needs.

The accommodation was adequate for our needs. The motel is an older building with very limited space in the room. Dinner plates would have been good.

Easy to get to. Close to airport and transport. The rooms are basic but solid.and comfortable. The shower is fantastic, lots of water pressure and doesn't run out of hot water after just a minute. Loads of towels. Room was spotless and managers were kind and very helpful. Close to shops and the local beach. An amazing location at a great price. Was quiet (Glenelg can be a noisy spot) and there are parking spaces. I've stayed a couple of times and plan to go back again.

Norfolk Motor Inn was perfect for the short stay to visit Adelaide for the Gather Round football. Everything we needed was convenient and nearby. Manager, Steve, was most accommodating and exceptionally gracious.

Good stay, roomy and air-conditioned with generous ensuite. Had a issues with some ants, but room was equipped with bug spray and at the end of the day. It wasn't a big issue for us...... Close to the beaches and eatery's

The views are amazing. It's very clean and has most things, but no sugar or milk to have a nice coffee. I recommend that you pay more for the bigger best rooms as the cheaper rooms are small and at the back of the house. The young man was amazing and a fantastic help. We were able to up grade our room as I'm disabled and can't carry everything to the back of the house. Recommend this place to others.

Older Style but Nice

Older but quaint in its own way it was indeed a pleasant stay. Very hospitable and friendly management agdd but clean and well kept premise. Could do with a 20th Century Face lift but quite pleasant overall.

States on website that toiletries are provided however had to ask for shampoo and conditioner and at $122pn you would expect it to be provided automatically. Rooms are serviced daily, towels were soft and bedding was comfortable. Steve - the owner is lovely.

We did not turn up in SA. Sometimes circumstances change like in our case. I cannot see why at least part of money couldnt be refunded...it is after all pushing a button on a computer. Will be now going in a few weeks but will probably stay elsewhere....and maybe wont book in advance
