La atención por parte del personal es buena, son muy amables. Durante nuestra estancia las instalaciones tenían problemas con el drenaje lo que fue un poco incómodo.

Me agrado que es amplio, cuenta con 2 albercas, restaurante camastros y mesitas. Lo que no me gustó fue que le falta más limpieza en general al hotel y debido al agua estancada hay muchos mosquitos, su carta del hotel es muy pobre, el buffet que ofrecen tambien. Y que permiten las bebidas de alcohol, luego la gente está muy ebria y le suben mucho al volumen de sus bocinas y no dejan dormir y no hay quien supervise ese detalle.

si lo recomiendo, nos al pasamos muy agusto con toda la familia las habitaciones son grandes, lo que si recomendaría es que los colchones les pongan una colchoneta para que estén un poco mas cómodos y las almohadas mas bajitas, de ahí en fuera fue una estancia agradable.

Magníficos paisajes, naturaleza y tranquilidad.

La naturaleza que rodea, sus dos alberca s y el chapoteadero, las palapas ,las habitaciones amplias y la muy buena atención del personal hacen de este hotel mí mejor opción para quedarme y disfrutar de la mejor playa y el mejor paisaje frente a la Sierra de los Atlixcos.

Una experiencia poco recomendable

No hubo tv porque no tenian señal de cable, no habia agua caliente, tampoco wifi. La reservacion era por una habitacion con dos camas king size y en realidad fueron dos matrimoniales. No tenian variedad de refrescos solo peñafiel, no hubo refresco de cola y la comida bastante mal. Es una pena

Me gustaron sus instalaciones, limpias sencillas y accesibles a la playa. No mencionan qué hay una “lista de espera” para poder pedir de cenar. Así que sale la cena dependiendo de las personas que hayan pedido antes y de cómo va saliendo la comida. Y el trato de la hostess (persona que nos recibió para hacer check in) no fue el mejor.

Excellent stay ! Nice place and nice people. Great food and drinks. A lot of mosquitos, prepare products to keep yourself off bites ! Excellent séjour ! Un joli hôtel et personnel sympathique. Alto precio con oportunidades d mejora en servicio

En general bien, tienen area de oportunidad mejorando el servicio 24 hrs de la recepción, mejorar la disponibilidad de agua caliente, asegurar la entrega de toallas en las habitaciones asi como verificar la entrega correcta de las llaves de los cuartos. El precio muy alto para lo que ofrece y la zona. El desayuno excelente.

Básico, un poco caro y puede mejorar su servicio

El hotel esta bien para la zona, su precio un poco alto para lo que ofrece, el desayuno muy bueno. Pueden mejorar en verdad su servicio de recepción pues por la noche no había nadie disponible para atendernos, dos llaves de cuertos no funcionaban, el agua caliente tampoco estuvo disponible en varias ocasiones, y no dejaron toallas en al menos 5 curators que alquilamos.

Las áreas comunes del hotel nos gustaron, las albercas de buen tamaño y limpias, los jardines bonitos, el estacionamiento bien. El desayuno incluido se me hace sencillo para el costo de la habitación. Nuestra habitación austera para el precio además, estuvo ubicada junto al cuarto de lavandería, por lo que había mucho ruido tanto de las lavadoras como de los empleados platicando, entrando y saliendo. Al día siguiente temprano volvieron a llegar los empleados y se hablaban afuera unos a otros pero ahora a gritos. El baño: por descuido no colocaron jabón y shampoo, olía mal a causa del drenaje y el excusado tiene una gran mancha de color oxido lo cual no le ayuda.
