Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City
"This hotel is overpriced for what you get. Clean room, some of staff friendly, breakfast is good, spa is good. Property needs better maintenance."

"Wonderful stay at the La Villa Boutique Hotel. The staff is super. What I loved most is the restaurant at the hotel is excellent and is open 24 hours. So helpful when your plane gets in late and you are hungry. Even ordered meals to take-away when I had excursions. The hotel and stay are lovely. ..."

"Some of the staff were very helpful while others were extremely argumentative. My guests & I felt that there were many inconveniences including the elevator not working, requiring us to climb many flights of steps to our room, and varying water damage throughout our room itself."

"The hotel staff was so helpful in arranging my airport pick up and return, which was complimentary, and which I really appreciated. The room was exactly how it was described and shown online. "I booked a deluxe double room and prepaid. When I checked in there was an extremely foul stench coming from the bathroom and into the room. Urbano Hotel
"The hotel staff was so helpful in arranging my airport pick up and return, which was complimentary, and which I really appreciated. The room was exactly how it was described and shown online. Actually, when I arrived, there was a lizard in my bathroom, and one of the hotel staff got it out immediately. And, the same guy kept an eye on me my whole stay. On my first day, I was returning to the hotel from the supermarket in the mall just a bit down Oxford Street. People tried to show me their art, goods, etc. Two guys were a bit aggressive in their approach, and my guy from the hotel saw things and came over to me to make sure I was all good. I never felt in danger in Accra, but it was nice to know that the hotel staff was really on top of their guests. The only thing that was not so great was that the AC in my room was really, really weak. I don't know if it was room-specific, but when the staff set it to 16 upon arrival, it never really got below 20. I ended up buying a fan for the room- which was great, and I left there when I checked-out for someone else to enjoy. That said, I felt really cared for and would highly recommend this hotel for its staff and its convenience to tours, sights, bars, and restaurants- Buka and Pinocchio were both great!"
