El hotel NO es cómodo, las toallas las entregan en el estacionamiento (lejos de albercas y mas lejos de playa), las cortinas no se cierran bien (no tienes 100% de privacidad) y no tienen blackout, te despiertas horrible con la luz del sol.. la puerta de la regadera de la habitación en pésimas condiciones (agarraderas oxidadas, 1 se safo/rompio), no hay horno de microondas pero si una licuadora (no hace sentido), algo terrible es el servicio del barista de la alberca, no se da abasto y te atiende de mala cara, no te toma la orden y te atiende cuando le da la gana.. a mis hijos les gusto pero yo la verdad dudo muchisimo en regresar, no me parece que la relación calidad-precio es coherente, pague 2500 por noche para 2 adultos y 2 niños, prefiero irme mejor al hotel Princess por 1000 pesos mas la noche, no hay punto de comparación..

El trato que nos dió el personal exelente, Tiene estacionamiento gratis, tiene un buen acceso a la playa, la alberca muy limpia. Lo que no me gustó es que en el baño se escurre mucho el agua cuando te estás bañando y se encharca todo la puerta está muy dura para abrir y cerrar y hay unos camastros que ya están en mal estado solo son detallitos que con un buen mantenimiento quedan de ahí en fuera todo excelente a mi familia le encantó

En general bien.

La estancia en general fue buena. Visitamos ese hotel principalmente por la ubicación ya que está en una de las playas más vacías en barra vieja y por la situación de pandemia buscábamos un lugar vacío. Otro motivo por el que lo elegimos fue por qué la habitación tiene cocineta y mesa para hacer los alimentos dentro de la habitación. Uno de los puntos malos es que menciona que tiene servicio de alimentos al cuarto lo cual no es cierto. La estancia fue buena, pero al final me pareció desagradable que 5 minutos después de que vence el cuarto empiezan a tocar para decirte que ya venció el cuarto, no te dan tiempo de tolerancia y parece que tienen mucha prisa por qué desalojes. Las instalaciones son buenas. Buena relación calidad precio. Si buscas un trato excelente por parte del personal y servicios de calidad este no es el hotel. Digamos que su fuerte no es otorgar el mejor servicio. Yo regresaría pero sabiendo que el servicio q cliente es más bien mediocre.

El peor hotel en el que me he hospedado, no hay teléfono en las habitaciones, están sucias, la gente que se hospeda aquí viene a fiestear en el hotel y el personal del hotel no les llama la atención a alos huéspedes que hacen ruido, ponen bocinas a todo volumen, las fotos que ponen en la página no cumplen con las relea, el check out lo tienen a las 10:00 am, no tiren su dinero a la basura al hospedarse en este hotel.

Las habitaciones huelen mal, además tienen algún tipo de plaga por las noches me llené de ronchas. Las sábanas estaban sucias y en general el lugar es muy viejo, el precio pagado por las habitaciones es muy alto para lo que es. El restaurante habré a las 9, no puedo creer que no se pueda desayunar antes. Pésimo hotel, estoy muy arrepentido

Un hotel que no ha recibido mantenimiento en 40 años. Los cuartos sin mantenimiento. Sábanas, almohadas sucias. Colchones viejos. Hotel muy caro para lo que ofrece. La cocinera vieja y sucia. En la alberca dejan meter con ropa. Muy mala experiencia. Cero recomendable!!

Las habitaciones sucias, con cucarachas, la regadera tapada, se ve que tiene 10 años que no pintan las paredes, exigen un depósito que nunca se comenta con anticipación, no aceptan tarjeta american express, no tienen cajero automático, entregan toallas para la alberca sucias y llenas de arena, la comida es mala y cara, tienen tortillas y queso pero no te pueden preparar unas quesadillas, si quieres cambio de toallas te cobran 10 pesos por cada cambio y cada toalla, la gente que atiende con CERO juicio para tomar decisiones...realmente fue TERRIBLE mi estancia en ese hotel. NUNCA lo recomendaría!! Deberían de quitarlo de su catálogo de hoteles ya que empaña la imagen de Expedia

L`emplacement géographique est parfait de plus l'ensemble des installations est en bon état de fonctionnement: piscines fantastiques, huttes propres et belles et beaucoup de personnels travaillant à la propreté. De plus le personnel est TRÈS disponible et avenant. Cependant la douche date des années 1920, j'ai du personnellement réparer la pomme de douche. Les fenêtres sont presque toutes à réparer et un coffret de sûreté DANS la chambre serait très apprécié. La musique est beaucoup trop forte dans la piscine.. Roney

El hotel esta muy descuidado, le falta mucho mantenimiento a todo y en general la limpieza de las habitaciones es lamentable. Las fotos engañan, el hotel esta en pesimas condiciones.
