All night had water leakage from the ceiling of the bathroom. Because of the noise, I couldn't sleep. Also there wasn't any hair dryer in the room. I asked for the solutions for both issues but they replied 10mins before the check out time without solution. I need to request for price reduction for such quality.

Had toenails in shower, black mold everywhere,the bed had big spots in mattress wore out,no hot water. Dried food on floor. Had to keep socks and shoes on in the room until bedtime or your feet were black and very had to scrub off. Room was cleaner when we left, than it was when we arrived. I would have slept on floor but it was to nasty.the people you call for help never answer phone or check their email. Spent a lot of money for nothing worst stay ever
