The inside of the property is very nice, but I was a tad nervous about the location once we arrived. Loved having three rooms. Water pressure was good. Bed comfort was decent. Booking via third party wasn't the easiest to get check-in info.

Enjoyable stay

Overall this was a nice place. It does need a little TLC but nothing too major. If planning on doing laundry while there check with landlord if machine has been repaired. It is a quiet neighborhood and if you want to experience Aberdeen you'll have to go further into town.We were glad we had a car as didn't notice any restaurants/shops close by.

No hot water or heating

It was a nice property with fairly clean rooms etc. However, the hot water and heaters were broken, and the host was not supportive in sorting it out. Hence our overall stay was disappointing.
