Top Worcester 5 Star hotels

The Charles Hotel
"We lost electricity in our room for over an hour. The elevators stopped working. Staff seemed overwhelmed. I was communicating with folks stuck in the elevator. Not staff. The room was stuffy with insufficient ventilation."

Arcadian Hotel
"During my stay, my room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. I was given a room on the first floor which was great for me because I had an easy way to exit the building right outside my door without having to go through the main entrance. Bed was super comfortable compared to other hotels in which I have stayed. My only complaint was the breakfast. Long lines to use 1 double toaster that took a long time and still didn’t fully toast the bread. Food consisted of fruits, breads, eggs, oatmeal, juices and coffee. Nothing outstanding."
