"We only have issues with requesting room service, we requested for towels and laundry bag, but nobody came it took another when I called again for follow for them to do it. However, overall stay was still excellent most of the hotel does not have microwave and I have issues before with heating some baby food.Also, breakfast was good, and most importantly location. Perfect place to get around in the city specially if its your first time here in Chicago. We had a great time.☺️"
