"Great property with a wonderful staff and location. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. I had an issue that seems to be not exclusive to me that drags down my rating of this property. The issue was with the lack of hot water when showering. Most of my week long stay I had tepid to cold water. I dealt with it because the rest of the property was really good. I hope they fix the issue because it really was a good property."

"Loved it, and the room was amazing though the first floor was under construction that was not felt at all in the room that we stayed in. It was a beautiful decorative room and clean, and the staff was amazing!"

"This is a very old hotel, the beds were less than satisfactory, the room smelled of a mixture between chemicals and smoke and I definitely would not have stayed had I been traveling alone. Thankful, it was just an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight. No WiFi service offered. "

"The place is a roadside motel. We stayed in an efficiency unit, but did not cook there. It was very expensive, but clean. There was a very strong odor of pesticide, but no signs of pests. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy."

"Valet could use a little more ability to converse and help with loading and unloading. Instead of always running back to their phones I tip 5$ or more for each interaction and it didn’t seem like they were at work for their positions. They were nice don’t get me wrong just not attentive to customers. Restaurant understaffed. But waitress extremely good at her job. Didn’t feel welcomed when arrive in side. Seem to have to ask front desk questions they should have already put forth effort to do. Wasn’t a long stay There was one gentleman that went beyond his usual job to help with my items up to room. I believe he was a higher up guy. Very nice. Made my day No carts were available Over good stay ?"

"The 2 bedroom 2 bath suite was clean and the fully furnished kitchen was well maintained with no problems. The balcony was clean and comfortable. The suite need some updating in the furniture and the bathroom need caulking in the shower/ bathtub area along with the bathtub glazing is peeling off… "
