Door didn’t work to lock it room was never cleaned out previous guest hair was everywhere and no bed sheets or pillows and the room was not supposed to be rented out this is a direct result of no available rooms and they didn’t report it to Expedia

We arrived early for check in and I know we aren’t supposed to check in until 3. The young lady at the front desk accommodated me and my little girl. The hospitality was amazing. We were able to leave our luggage and go for a walk. Our luggage was safe. I can say this has been the best hotel I’ve stayed in a while. Thank you so much

The room assigned to us was smelly and the floor near the kitchen was slippery. The front desk Agent was able to assigned us another room with no problem. The bed were not firm and saggy. The mattress needs to be change.

The worker who checked us out was on her phone talking the entire time. She seemed to be having trouble with something on the computer— which is fine— but it took her 15 minutes to get us checked in. Checkout was 11 and we checked out at 10:30. A staff member then called us at 12:30 to ask if we had checked out because they didn’t have our card. We handed both to the woman at the front desk for check out. The building itself was clean, but the staff either needs better training or more organization.

We always stay at higher end hotels, but we rented this room to change clothes and for my husband to have somewhere to go hang out and relax after dropping my daughter and I off at a concert. The hotel itself would have actually been very nice if it were clean. For a “Budget” hotel it has really great amenities. Just needs to be cleaned better.
