"We stayed one evening while we were down in Sarasota for a Spring Training game. Due to the beach and ballgame season, prices at all hotels were up. So to find one at $200 per night was the cheapest that looked decent from photos. Upon arrival, the evening clerk (Darryl), greeted us and was not particularly friendly. "Room didn’t look anything like pictured. Air conditioner was broken laying on floor. Moved it and cockroaches ran from under. Bed wasn’t made. Room was supposed to be non smoking. Reeked of smoke. Front desk staff was no help. Had to leave and find other hotel accommodations. Absolutely disgusting. Lots of loitering all around hotel. Very uncomfortable and unsafe feel. "
