Our family had a fantastic time at the pool and restaurants during our stay. However, we were unfortunately plagued by bedbug bites. Four of us are still suffering from those bites even after the trip. Be careful!

Good afternoon. Everything was fine in the room, but at the time of check-in, I was so upset that when I handed over all the paperwork for my service dog, the lady at the front desk asked me what my husband's medical condition was in front of several other people in line. My husband is a retired military man with severe PTSD issues, and the dog is his companion. These authorization papers for the use of the dog were approved by his psychiatrist. I understand that by Hyppa's Law, no one is supposed to ask for this information. Then she took the dog's gift bag away from me...and refused to give it to me. I believe the service was very unprofessional.

Staff was very friendly. Cynthia (bar) was amazing - often working alone & still made sure everyone was taken care of. Housekeeping seemed short staffed. Our room was always delayed until close to 5pm to be cleaned. This was inconvenient because we wanted to get ready to go to dinner.

Your paying for location right before Anna Maria bridge but the quality of the room was a disappointment. Bathroom had rust stains within the shower, doors and walls looked like work needs to be replaced, AC had horrible noise issues, bed and pillows super uncomfortable for the price your paying.

Out of all the hotels i have been too, i think this might be one of the best. I stayed at this hotel for 4 days for spring break. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming and friendly, they are always willing to help you. The pool at this hotel is very spacious and has a beautiful view of the sunset at dusk. The rooms are big, and they provide you with a lot of extra things. The breakfast area has lots of options, its not hard to find seats to eat—there are many tables. Also, You can take beautiful pictures there when the sun sets.

Loved that it is so close to Anna Maria Island. Loved the pool area and grounds. Staff was the best and always friendly and saying hello. Buffet was great. Some things noted….Room is showing wear. Caulking needs to be done around shower and toilet and was surprised the property is only a few years old. Wish there was a microwave in room. This is just a personal opinion but the bar area is too close to the check in area. The room echos and it is very hard to hear staff at check in desk area when people are loud and drinking at bar area. Wish there was a wall or some kind of partition because you could tell staff couldn’t hear while they were on the phone due to the bar area. Coffee table needs to be removed from buffet area . I saw way too many “almost spilled hot coffee accident” on kids that were going in and out of the buffet area due to the congestion. Just seemed like an accident waiting to happen. Overall would
