I felt very safe through out the hotel. The hotel and valet staff are amazing and extremely accommodating. Hays’s rooms are clean rooms and the food is fantastic. The only thing i would change is to upgrade is the shower heads. 9.5/10 (dang shower heads ;) We will be returning!
