The complimentary cookies and water upon arrival were a nice touch. The cookies were served warm and baked on-site. I'm usually not a big cookie person, but these cookies were so good. Now for the negatives. The pool was closed on the day we checked in due to cleaning. The following day, the opening was delayed. When my group and I finally got the chance to use the pool, we noticed that it wasn't very clean. Around noon, we were asked to leave the pool because it was being closed for an hour for additional cleaning. Honestly, the pool should have been thoroughly cleaned before it opened to guests."
