I was speaking with the sweet lady at the front desk about how my mom was ready to settle in the for the evening and how she couldn’t drink coffee any more and I mentioned going out to get hot chocolate and the next thing I knew she showed up at our door with four packets for my mom! I’ve never received such kindness in a stay anywhere! It was such a pleasant experience!"
