Never greeted me, check in was robotic with no information. It was pouring rain and she didn’t even bother to tell me there was a door just outside my room to enter from the parking lot.i got put in the dog hall so listening to barking wasn’t pleasant. There were wads of hair caked along the edge of the tub. Room was nice, bed comfy, temp good, breakfast was great. Need to have tv instructions. Overall, I would stay again and hope someone else is at the desk to make you feel welcome. "
