We stayed one night for the last-minute ski trip. No one informed us we need to check in in another hotel 3 minutes drive from the inn. It snowed heavily that night and it was extremely challenging. Hotel room is clean and comfortable though.

My only comments for improvement - we were all surprised that there was no coffee and no Saran Wrap. the kids mattresses were super uncomfortable. And the stove / oven was very difficult to work. Otherwise we throughly enjoyed! The plunge pool was the absolute highlight!!
