HOTEL ESPACIO OX & CONVENTION CENTER
This hotel was fantastic. Big rooms with a view of the ocean and a very good breakfast. We didn't long enough to use all the options at the hotel. My only negative is I was unable to use the internet in my room...no signal. I used it in the public areas but my room and no reception.

The staff was nice and helpful with questions. The elevator gets stuck a lot so you have to go up and down a few times to get out. My room’s shower drain was clogged and would back up. No welcome gesture. Terrible experience at the reception. Gentleman showed up and he couldn’t find my reservation. He stated interrogating me. He keep on calling someone and will not show me the room. No fan. No AC. No heating for winter months.
