"Convenient to the hockey area and ski trails but otherwise pretty basic with no amenities. Had to knock on a couple doors to talk to a receptionist and when wifi didn't work, she was unable to get it working area. I checked out a day early and received a prompt refund for the additional night."

"It started out confusing- check in was at the other e of the street @ a restaurant.. it meant backtracking with a bag. I got my key and headed back to the hotel. The place is charming- an older wooden structure . I felt like I was in an Ibsen play! The room was nice- mini apartment with a kitchenette. The breakfast was very good. The location was convenient to the center and to the castle The price was quite high for this somewhat rustic venue with no elevator. The high caprice was due to the opera festival, but still tooooooi high! Perhaps a Scandic or Sokos would have been more reasonable"
