MUY MALO, PUEDE SER ESTAFA!!!

Cuando me comunique al celular que parece en la página al llegar al sitio, la señora que me atendió dijo que ese Hotel no está registrado en Hoteles.com y que por lo tanto no había reserva y ya! Así se salió para no atender más.

This is the worst hotel experience ever. They said they didn’t have our (prepaid!) reservation, and we should simply pay for a new room in cash.
